THIS AGREEMENT made on the 23 day of October 2018, between [KOLON GLOBAL CORP. (“the Buyer”)
Falcon Limited (“the Seller”). WHEREAS the Buyer desires to buy the following items (“the Goods) from the
Seller. The Seller agrees to handover the following Goods to Buyer with the price mentioned thereof:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Delivery Terms and Conditions:
 The Goods shall be manufactured in accordance with the Buyer’s instruction to be given by
document or verbally
 The Goods shall be delivered to the Project Site within 7 days after signing day.

- Payment Terms & Conditions:

 65% of Subcontract amount to be paid upon signing the contract.

IN WITNESS whereof the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed in accordance
with the laws of the Republic of Bangladesh on the day, month and year specified above.
