Ans. We have two reimbursement cycles which runs between 7th day and 22nd day of every month.
For Example, if you submit any bills between 1st and 15th of the month, the amount will be reimbursed
to your salary account by the 22nd of that month and if you submit bills between 16th and 30th; the
amount will be reimbursed to your account by the 7th of the next month.
Note: For Reimbursement like Relocation Bills and Notice Buy out amount - You need to submit your
actual bills to your respective recruiter within one month of joining.
Note: For Reimbursement like Petrol, Driver, Medical, Mobile, Broadband etc. - You need to drop your
Bills directly in the Finance Drop box placed at your floor.
Q.2 Incase I join GL on or after the 25th of any month, what is the process of salary generation in that
case?
Ans. New joiners who join after 25th of the month, their salaries get processed along with the salary of
the succeeding month. You will receive the arrears along with the salary of the succeeding month.
Q.3 Is there any condition attached with Relocation amount / Notice buy-out Amount/ Joining Bonus?
Ans. Yes, if you leave the company before completion of one year these amounts shall become
recoverable by Globallogic.
Ans. We have Metro Shuttle services running from Noida City Center Metro Station at 20 minutes
frequency. You can avail this facility. Route Map is attached for your reference.

Ans. On the day of your joining you need to report at the reception desk and from there you will be
escorted to the joining room.
Q.6 Will there be anyone to help me in getting familiar with the company and its policies etc?
Ans. There is a “Buddy” assigned to every New Joiner, who will help you getting familiar with our
processes and policies.
Q.7 Incase I am unable to produce a few documents on the day of joining, what would be the time period
provided to submit the document
Ans. All mandatory documents are to be submitted on the day of joining. In case of any missing on the
joining day, a declaration needs to be provided by the employee mentioning the date on which the
documents will be submitted (this should not exceed more than a month from day of joining)
2. Sick Leave/ Unplanned Leave — 0.5 day for every completed month
Accumulation of Leaves: Employees can accumulate Planned and/or Unplanned leaves combined up to
20. Any leaves above 20 will lapse. There will be no calendar cycle followed for crediting or lapsing of
leaves.
Ans. Yes, you will be eligible for leave if you join before 15 of same month.
Ans. No, neither planned nor unplanned Leaves are encashable. Please visit the Leave Policy on our
intranet once you join us.
Q.11 Does GlobalLogic provide loan facility or Salary Advances to its employees?
Ans. Yes, we provide salary advances and Interest Free Exigency, House and Car loans to our employees
subject to approval from AVP / Director - People Development. All loans have certain eligibility criterions
based on your tenure with the company. Please read the Policy document on our intranet once you join.
Q.12 Can I adjust my salary components? If yes which components can be adjusted?
Ans. Yes, you can adjust all your reimbursable components of your salary annexure (components marked
with stars in Salary annexure) twice in a year which is April and October. LTA* component however can
only be changed in April (once in a financial year).
Ans. On the day of joining; you would be required to fill respective forms for PF transfer/PF withdrawal
and submit to HR
Ans. Yes you can increase your PF contribution to maximum limit of 12% of your basic (not to exceed
more than (Rs. 15000/month) as per PF act). However the company’s contribution remains capped at
Rs.1800/- (p.m.)
Ans. Yes. We offer flexi work timings. The official working hours for Global logic is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Every employee is required to complete 9 hours of service every day. However every project manager
can decide to have certain time during the day when the entire team must be present in the office
together.
Q.16 How will I commute to my work place? * Applicable for Delhi/NCR only
Ans. We offer transport facility from Delhi/NCR for commuting to the workplace at the office timings.
This is chargeable on the monthly basis at a very reasonable cost. We also have regular free service of
Metro Shuttle which starts from Noida, City Center Metro Station every 20 minutes. Every employee can
avail either of the above.
Ans. We do not provide any help in finding a rented accommodation, however our ES (Employee
Services) Department can introduce to few local brokers.
Ans. We don’t have any specified dress code. You can dress in formals/office casuals as per your choice
throughout the work week. However on certain occasions you will be required to dress formally.
Ans. Yes, we offer work from home facility to our employees on case to case basis. You would need to
take permission from your direct reporting manager for the same.
Ans. Yes we offer Crèche Facility for our employees children. This is provided at discounted costs.
