Clinical
• Participated in screening utilizing BMI, age, micronutrient levels, patient length of stay and last visit
• Shadowed registered dietitians during their, interdisciplinary rounds with speech pathologists,
pharmacists, and doctors
Patient Services
• Prepared patient meals and delivered trays individually to patients
• Assisted with the development of Spanish diabetic menu
• Worked with purchasing coordinators on: shipment orders, shipment invoicing & receiving
Foodservice
• Actively participated as part of three-person team in menu planning, menu layouts and recipe testing
