GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE ONLINE JOB APPLICATION FORM

 1. Open www.sts.net.pk using Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox.


 2. If already registered, click on “Log in” and enter your CNIC and password to login.
 3. If new user, click on “Register Now”
 4. Enter your full name, CNIC number and personal mobile number (Don’t use converted number).
5. Click Verify button to verify your mobile phone number. A SMS containing verification code will be sent to your
mobileNumber.
6. Enter verification code and Click Register. On successful registration Password will be sent your mobile number
via SMS.
 7. Click on OPEN VACANCIES.
 8. Click on Apply Online for the post you desire for. OR you can download application form and challan if you
want to submit application manually.
 9. Enter your Personal Data, Education Qualifications and Professional Qualification carefully.
 The details once submitted cannot be edited at a later stage therefore, please fill the online application form
carefully. Please also re-check all information before pressing the “submit and go to next” button
 Click the “submit and go to next” button only once, it may take few minutes due to not using appropriate version of
browser or dialup connection.
 10. After successful submission, upload the mentioned documents in .jpg/.jpeg format. Please be careful that file
size must be less than 2 MB.
 11. Click on “save and submit” button after uploading the required documents.
 12. Now click on Download Challan to download the system generated challan with your name and CNIC.
 13. Pay the system generated challan in any branch of Allied Bank Limited.
 14. Login again using your CNIC and password (already sent to you through SMS).
 15. Click on upload button to upload your paid challan.
 16. Enter the Deposit Details (Branch name, Branch code, Address, Challan Date) and upload paid challan copy in
.jpg/jpeg format.
 17. Your application will be then submitted. You will be informed through SMS soon after your application is
reviewed.

 Instructions
 Putting wrong information and uploading misleading documents will lead to rejection of application.
 By hand submission of application form will not be entertained.
 If applying manually, Job Application Form along with relevant documents must be sent to Project Manager,
SIBA Testing Services, Sukkur IBA University, Airport Road Sukkur, within due date as per advertisement.
 Job Application form with incomplete documents will not be entertained.
 Mobile phones, calculator and/or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited at test center. Failing to
comply with instructions will lead to disqualification.
