I was motivated both by the challenge of finishing the projects ahead of schedule and by
managing the teams. It was a real thrill to accomplish that.I like it when I have a concrete goal to
meet, and enough time to figure out a strong strategy for accomplishing it. Moreover in my
institute’s coding club , I was leading the backend team for the projects like the official portal and
a social network site for the university students only.We had to complete it in a limited amount of
time.So managing the team, working motivating my colleagues was really a thrilling task to be
honest.

12.why did you choose this college and course of study?

Ans : college: I originally chose to attend XYZ University because ______________. During the time
I’ve spent there, I’ve been lucky enough to have access to ______________. My education has
given me a solid foundation for a career in _________ and I’m so glad I made the decision to go to
school there. The experiences I’ve had at XYZ University have also shaped my decision to apply
for this position. I want a role that will allow me to put the things I’ve learned into practice and
develop my skills even further. I know that this position would be a good fit for me and I’m excited
about the possibility of joining the team.I had several options on where to attend college and
decided to attend at _____ based primarily on the academic reputation for my major. After college,
I was able to compare my college experience very directly with other new grads who started at
the same time as me. I was able to see what they had learned and, more importantly, not learned
in college. At that time it became clear to me how well prepared I was for doing my job after
graduation compared to my peers graduating from other colleges. While I was productive very
quickly, others required more remedial training to come up to speed. This starting differential also
gave me an opportunity to lead some of our internal training classes, as well as become involved
with on-campus recruiting for our future hires…"

candidates:

"I was attracted to _____ based on both its academic reputation as well as
knowing several others from my high school whom I respected attending here
ahead of me. _____ has lived up to its academic reputation and more. I have
found opportunities for personal growth and development not only
academically, but also to expand beyond classroom knowledge. Most of my
professors in my major have real world experience outside of academia and it
shows. The professor for the capstone class in my major was instrumental in
guiding me to an internship this past summer which greatly expanded my
professional experience
computer science : I chose Computer Science because I loved it. I've not been been a
“computers guy" from very beginning. I caught this fever only 4 years ago, when I got my first PC.
I was in 10th grade then. I learnt to use it then, and obviously struggled. There is a friend who
always helped me, every problem I faced, he had solution to that on the go. I envied him. So, he
developed my interest in computers.

The amazing things we can accomplish using computer knowledge

always baffled me. And admit that at one stage every single one of
us wanted to be a hacker. I had similar intentions at first but then I
realized there are many other interesting things to do.

I started to explore the tech world and learnt a lot of random small
things. Even now, I don't have any solid skills. But I'm glad I'm
doing this. It has become my passion and I'll pursue it as long as it
takes.

I, however, had never thought about pursuing computer science as a

career until I took an introductory class in my junior year. It
sparked my interest and changed my thoughts after seeing what I
could do with some simple line of codesPursuing a degree in this
field can provide me knowledge and skills and along with my
passion to bring changes to people's daily lives starting from mobile
application. I want to be a part of this evolution of
technology.Computing is part of everything we do. Such as,
expertise in computing enables you to solve complex, challenging
problems. Computing drives innovation in the sciences, engineering
and business:- Like the human genome project, AIDS vaccine
research, environmental monitoring and protection. Computer
science is challenging, and yet dynamic. It requires people in the
field to be keep learning and pushing the limit. That fast-pacing
innovation of technology never stops amazing me, which excites my
innate curiosity even more.

Well, the CERN’s reputation is certainly a factor. I would be

proud to work for a company with such a long history of
leadership in the industry.
• Determination

• Friendliness

• Flexibility

• Dependability

• Honesty

• Sincerity

• Trustworthy

• Reasonable

• Loyal

• Cheerful

• Courteous

Motivation :I really get motivated to work when :

1.analyzing complex data in order to draw clear and simple conclusions

2.working well as part of a team

3.completing a difficult project, and seeing it through to the end

4.finding a way to solve a problem, or overcome a challenge

In my internships, I was motivated both by the challenge of finishing the projects
ahead of schedule and by managing the teams that achieved our goals. It was a real
thrill to accomplish that.

I'm really driven by results — I like it when I have a concrete goal to meet, and
enough time to figure out a strong strategy for accomplishing it
