Purpose of the Learning A3 Tool:

-Used to create common understanding of what learning can and should be done while accomplishing a business goal/objective
-The intent is to align learning with our buisness goals/objectives. It is easier to learn while tying it to something that must be done then learning so
-Making the learning needed and the gap to get there visual. This helps during progress discussions.
- This tool should foster open, honest discussions about the learning a person/group need to accomplish

Standardized Procedure for Developing a Learning A3:
