Possible Causes
The status of the RADIUS accounting server changes to Down.

Procedure
Check whether the RADIUS accounting server is closed.
If yes, no action is required.
If no, perform 2.
Check whether the link is normal, and whether the RADIUS server and the device can
ping through each other.
If the link is abnormal, restore the link.
If the link is normal, perform 3.
Check whether the configured shared key is correct, and then run the display
radius-server configuration command.
If the shared key is incorrect, you need to run the radius-server shared-key key-
string command to configure the shared key for the RADIUS server.
If the shared key is correct, you need to perform 4.
Contact the technical personnel.
70.2 RDS/4/RDAUTHDOWN
Message
RDS/4/RDAUTHDOWN(l): RADIUS authentication server ( IP: [ip-address] ) is down!
Description
The communication with the RADIUS authentication server was interrupted.

hwtacacs-server template command.
If the shared key is incorrect, you need to run the hwtacacs-server shared-key key-
string command to configure the shared key for the RADIUS server.
If the shared key is correct, perform 4.
