The engine has a reverse flow combustion chamber with 14 DL.

This has
combustion chambers placed around the capacity of the turbine to double
, be it gas fuel or liquid fuel, this section, compressed air compressor disc goes
upstream to enter the combustion zone mixed and burned with fuel producing hot
gases that will drive the turbine. The main components of the combustion system
are the combustion cover that the combustion can cover nozzel of primary fuel,
second nozzel of fuel, flow sleeve, transition piece, crossfire tube, spark plug,
primary flame detector, flame detector secondary. The casing of the combustion
chamber a horizontally manufactured split housing that encapsulate combustion
system, supports assembly in the combustion chamber, the casing forms a large
plenum chamber that receives the discharge air from the compressor, this air It
goes upstream to the combustion chambers. the cover is placed at an angle of 13
degrees from the vertical and contains 14 holes for the mounting of 14 covers, the
cover is supported by the general cladding and the turbine cover

The function of the cover of the combustion chamber is to carry the components of
the combustion chamber, opening for crossed fire tubes; the flow sleeve is
mounted on the cover of the combustion chamber.

The flow sleeve forces the air to move upstream forming a uniform air jacket
around the lining for precise combustion and cooling functions between the 14
chambers, the lining is the core of the combustion system within the air liner and
the fuel is burned mixture providing hot gases the liner mounted on the flow sleeve
on the front side for three stops of the lining and assisted in the AFT by inserting
the lining into the transition piece; this configuration allows the upper end of the
cover checks the spring seals of the thermal expansion prevent the compressor
from distorting the air that seeps into the hot gas path that covers the body lining of
the liner.
Venturi and multi nozzle plug assembly these plugs are assembled together by low
combustion air rivets in the lining through several locations of primary combustion
air flows through the primary gas tips
The air enters to measure the orifices of the combustion functions, the primary pre-
mix zone; the secondary combustion air enters through the central body
The dilution air enters the liner from three holes on the aft side of the lining
Due to the extremely high temperatures that are inside the lining
All surfaces that are exposed to the flame are protected by a TBC thermal sweep
coating
The combustion coating is also protected by the cooling of the film as air flows
through the cooling rings of the coating to form an air film adjacent the coating
surface. This air film keeps hot gases away from the coating metal
The Venturi is cooled by cooling by rear shock
The fuel is injected into the combustion elbows through the primary and secondary
nozzles; the primary fuel nozzel is functionally integrated with the camber and the
combustion cover. Provides a flagellum in the center for the secondary nozzle.
Fuel is injected into the primary zone of the coating through six identical nozzles.
The gaseous fuel enters the assembly of the primary nozzels through the fuel gas
connection flange.
And it is directed through internal mechanized passages to the holes that are
bottled at the tips of the gases
An air of descent is presented in the same way through internal passages and exits
to the primary zone through multiple orifices in each of the tips of the gases
Flow through the primary zone of tubing through the liquid fuel tip located in the
center of the gas tip
The secondary nozzle has a supply flange for the secondary gas. When injected
into the secondary pre-mix through multiple orifices. a small amount of the
secondary gas is injected after the secondary turbine; this amount is called the
secondary gas sub-pilot. this amount of gas promotes the second day. The flame
stability transfer flux for transient transfer is supplied to the corresponding supply
flange and liquid fuel and water flow from the Intel flanges to the combustion zone
where they are injected at the tip are injected before the secondary vortex aft of the
secondary nozzle assembly
Combustion is initiated by means of spark plugs installed in the combustion
chambers. The spark plug is counted in the spherical joint of the spark plug. This
gasket allows the adjustment of the spark plug with respect to the lining in a cone
combustion cone. remain inside the lining throughout all the functions of ignition or
ignition and re-ignition of the primary zone once the flame starts in these chambers
is propagated to the other chambers through the crossfire tubes the flame is
detected in the combustion chambers by means of ultraviolet flame detectors
mounted in four chambers; The DLN system is characterized by four flame
detectors in each zone. The primary zone is detected by flame detectors mounted
on pads in the combustion chamber cover.

These detect the flame through holes around the body of the coating. the
secondary detectors are in a secondary nozzle, the flame is detected in the nozzle,
although they contain an interface of the combustion and turbine sections that
direct the hot gases. The first stage of the inlet area of the nozzle is divided into 14
equal areas that receive the flow of hot gas.

Due to the extremely high temperatures of the passing hot gases, the internal
surface of the transition plate is coated with a thermal barrier. The cooling air is
intuited allowing the compressor to discharge air through the ventilation plate to the
cooling holes machined in the transition piece. the parts are sealed to the outer
and inner side walls of the first stage nozzle on the outside and their seals
The seals are placed in the slots of the nozzle in the first stage to reduce the air
leaks from the compressor that go to the hot gas. The sides of the transition pieces
are sealed. transition pieces of the nozzle
retainer ring of the first stage are supported on the stern side by means of the aft
mounting bracket which is mounted on the nozzle retention ring of the first stage;
Each transition piece if supported on the front side by a support, this support
bracket is mounted on the compressor discharge housing.
