Objectives

 To know the Strategies and techniques followed by the


HR department to handle the employees.
 To understand the methods they use to complete the
work.
 To understand how they are moving hand in hand with
technology.
 To review the whole system of management in the HR
department.
 To evaluate the effectiveness of various HR practices .
 To understand the functioning & management of hospital.
 To know the importance of various departments of the
Hospital.
 To analyse the importance of HR department in the
organization.
 To understand ,how the department handling the
problematic situations.
Targets & Tasks
 To get complete Knowledge regarding the functioning of
the department.
 To understand the levels of working.
 To understand the advantages & disadvantages of the
strategies implemented by the department.
 To know the responsibilities of HR department with
related to employees handling & work.
 Segregated and filed the employee documents.
 Recording and updating the employee details upto date by
verification.
 Observation & analysation of Records.
 Training the employees regarding their tasks and goals.

Strategies
For anyone to complete a task or accomplish a target it is
important to have a proper plan & knowledge .following are
some of the strategies that I adopted to reach my targets:

 Proper and respectful interaction with everyone working


in the hospital.
 Using shortcut keys to complete the work fast.
 Entering the data as quickly as possible so that I can go for
someother new work to learn.
 Gaining knowledge about the softwares they are using to
complete the work.
 To understand the impact of all related issues on given
target.
 Doing the work by proper planning.
 Analysing & understanding the importance of that work.

Achievements:
 I understood the importance of Hr department in the
organization.
 I got to know the benefits of all strategies adopted by the
department to improve the efficiency of employees.
 To manage situations accordingly.
 I gained some knowledge about technologies of what they
are using.
 Improved my typing skills
 Gained some knowledge regarding Excel.
 Interacted with all the employees in the organization.
 Completed the work in intime.

Mid Course Correction:


 To become more attentive towards the strategies adopted
by the department.
 To analyse the mistakes what I have done & ensuring
those does not repeat.
 Need to interact with different people.
 Need to enhance and improve my communication skills.

Limitations:
 Less interaction with other Departments.
 Organisation should maintain the records uptodate.
 Struggled to understand the old employee records in
understanding them.
 Continous work will leads to stress and boredom.
 Activities need to be conducted to get free from stress
and boredom
 Employees were not cooperative while we are giving
training.

Conclusion
I understood the importance of coordination among the team
members regading the work and other related issues. It is very
good experience to pursue my intern in manipal Hospital. But
certain measures need to be taken to improve the skills and
efficiency of employees. Awareness should be created
regarding the importance of training sessions .and also
employee records should be maintained in well manner.
