 1. Company profile
RUIAN AOER is located at Ruian, Wenzhou –Machinery Capital of China.

AOER founded in 1995, specializes in and researching and manufacturing die

cutting and foil hot stamping equipment, Nowadays, there are “ML”,

“TYM”, “QPM”, “AEM” four series of our products, including manual, semi-

automatic, full automatic, hot stamping totally more than one hundred different

models for your choice. Our machines are used for die cutting and foil stamping

in post-press industry and carton packaging industry.

AOER, after more than 20 years’ development, has become the National Hi-

Technology Enterprise combining research, production, marketing and is one

of the biggest manufacturers of die cutting and hot stamping equipment in

 2. Summary
AEM-800 Automatic platen die cutting machine is used for die cutting

various paper, paperboard, corrugated board, plastic sheet (like PVC, PP), with

function of die cutting, creasing and embossing. The max die cutting speed

can be 7000 sheets/ hour. The max paper size can be 800 x 620 mm; the min

paper size can be 340 x 280 mm.

AEM-800 can process various printed material, not only the paperboard

gram weight from 80-1000g/㎡, but also can die cut the corrugated board which

the max thickness can be 4mm. The die cutting pressure can be 200T; the

accuracy can be ≤±0.1mm; the min gripper edge can be 7mm and can do no

gripper edge treatment. It can thermal die cut 0.2-1mm thickness plastic sheet

(PVC, PP, PET) with the heating plate.

AEM-800 series machine acquired several National new mode patents.

Configuration is high level. Main parts all adopt world-renowned brand, like

our OMPI Pneumatic clutch, Italy Pneumatic brake clutch device, Japanese

SMC rotary joint, SCHNEIDER electrical parts, Panasonic frequency converter,

Germany FALA bearing, and so on.

 4. Function Feature
Safety, energy saving, efficient
4.1 东元变频调速电动机驱动模切机，整机有 PLC 可编程控制器集中控
制

运行，能自动侦测作业状况、异常状况、及工作记录，以人性化原则，依欧洲

安全标准，完整规划，使全机的操作性与安全性完美实现。

Platen press is driven by Taiwan TECO main motor with Panasonic frequency

convertor; the running of complete machine is controlled by PLC centralized

controlling system which can automatically examine the working status and test

unusual status as well as record the working condition. According to the Europe

Safety Standard, we design reasonably to make the operability and safety

perfect combination.

4.2 设置完善的开机警铃报警系统，提示操作人员离开非安全区域，开机

更安全避免伤亡。全程自动临近检测，出现故障、无纸、卡纸进口气动离合

器自动分离停机，减少纸张浪费，保护人员、设备安全。

Advanced alarm system of starting up will remind operator to leave the

unsafe area. Automatically detecting whole process, if malfunction, non-paper

or paper stuck, the pneumatic clutch will separate and stop automatically which

reduce the waste of paper, protect the staff and equipment.

4.3 精心制作的预堆纸机构，独特的送、收纸台不停机装置，大大减少了

堆纸时间，提高了机器的效率，是您的效益大幅增长。

 Elaborate pre-stack device and paper feeding & delivery non-stop

devices reduce the time of stacking, improve the efficiency of machine and

increase your income.

4.4 整套电气元件均采用欧洲，日本，台湾进口产品，极大的提高了电气

系统的稳定性，降低维护和检修频率及难度。

Selected European, Japanese, Taiwan electrical and pneumatic components

improve the stability of the machine and reduce the frequency of maintenances.
4.5 主机墙板及底座选用英国密烘等级铸造的树脂砂球墨铸铁，由数控“

加工中心”精密加工，确保整机长期可靠稳定运行，能承受 200 吨位大压力

受力依然平稳。模切机心脏之曲轴、蜗轮、蜗杆等皆为进口高级合金钢，经

调质后精密研磨加工，大大提高机器关键传动部件的使用寿命。

Mainframe and base adopt high strength spheroidal graphite iron QT500-7

which is accurately processed by numerical control centre, guarantee the

machine run stably in long time when bearing 200T large pressure. The cores of

the platen press machine such as crankshaft, worm gear and so on, are all

imported high-class alloy steel, which are processed by quenching and high

temperature tempering with a long working life.

4.6 心脏部件强制润滑系统，配备循环油冷却系统，改善了冷、热车模压

差,降低废品率，且延长机械部件使用寿命；并配置油压显示装置及油、气压

Lubrication system for core parts is equipped with circulatory oil cooling

system, which can reduce the rejection rate and prolong the working life of

parts. It is also equipped with display device for oil pressure and alarming

device for insufficient pressure of oil and air.

 5. Standard configuration
5.1 Feeder & paper feeding section
5.1.1 European technique feeder head is suitable

for both paperboard and corrugated paper. It is 4

suction 4 feed and can adjust angle and height of

suction nozzle according to the paper distortion.

Blowing device of the two sides makes paper

separate easily.

送，可根据纸张变形调整吸纸角度个高低。两侧
