ORDER OF PROBATION

DEFENDANT is to serve one year in the San Juan County Jail to being immediately.
DEFENDANT is to satisfactorily complete a thirty-six (36) month probation period under
the supervision of the Department of Adult Probation and Parole, sign the agreement

DEFENDANT is to report to the Department of Corrections in person within 48 hours of

release from jail. If released on a weekend report the first business day following
release from jail.
THE COURT retains jurisdiction to make such other and further orders as it may deem
necessary from time to time.
FAILURE to comply with any of the terms and conditions of probation or orders of the
court may result in the immediate issuance of a warrant.
PROBATION will not terminate until all court obligations are completed successfully or
until the term of probation has passed; whichever is longer.
DEFENDANT is to be subject to GPS, Electronic Monitoring or Electronic Alcohol
Monitoring if warranted by Adult Probation and Parole.
DEFENDANT is not to use/possess any herbal substance containing the chemicals JWH-018,
HU-210, and a homologue of CP-47, 497. Defendant is not to use/possess any substance
identified as Spice, K2 or similar sold synthetic cannabinoid constituents.
DEFENDANT is not to leave the state without permission from AP&P.
DEFENDANT is not to live in another state without permission from AP&P.
DEFENDANT is to pay restitution to be determined at a later date.
DEFENDANT is not to violate any state or local laws or ordinances during the
probationary period.
