Mr Kathirvel has been in the field of education for over 25 years
achieving University degree and teaching experience and exposure,
also moved into child and student psychology; this enabling him to
study further the need to inculcate the right and safe technique of a
learning system that best suits ALL kinds of students.
Mr Kathirvel has a special love for V-maths, the very product that is
the feature special and focus of Falcon Innovative Training that has
already taken so many schools and private education centres by
storm.
Today, Mr Kathirvel wishes to share that technique of quick and easy
maths with all who wish to excel in mathematics beginning from the
pluses and minuses the easy and fast way.
Mr Kathirvel and Falcon Innovative Training expertise confidently
reveals and informs all the learning atmosphere that it provides via
its camps and workshops that have become hot pursuits of teachers
and students who have discovered the secret to brilliant mathematics
and a new way of being in a society that is quickly changing with

established on the 2nd of January 2012 as a
corporate entity that has set its focus on
education as their key line of business.
The organisation has within its short span
reached out to numerous students and

and greatly informed experts in the

MR KATHIRVEL RAMAN, an educationist and motivator,

solving problems, be it mathematics or any other
discipline as Falcon Innovative Training provides the
very ‘tool’ carving these students and children into self-

The Objective
Falcon Innovative Training’s objective is to
provide assistance and support to the school
head and administration; students and teachers;
to complement their continuing education
curriculum with Falcon Innovative Training’s
supportive system of education; inculcating a
learning process that makes learning fast, easy
and fun.
The focus would be more towards creating a
very attractive atmosphere for learning where
laziness, procrastination and diversion of
thoughts and non-focus attitudes would all
become a thing of the past.
Falcon promises to create a ‘new breed’ of
learning students who may cause ‘alarm’ of
sorts to both teachers and parents when their
children show streaks of improvement and
excellence in their studies and exams while
