2. 將试样放在測試紙之間,并將該夾心結構(=材料+测试纸)置於兩块玻璃片之間，(一
次測試中最多只能測試 5 个夾心結構加一块對照用的紡織樣品）。
3. 把此包裹(=一定数量的夹心结构)用不含 2，6-二叔丁基-4-硝基酚的聚乙烯塑膠
薄膜严密地裹三层,并用透明胶密封。
4. 把此包裹放入耐汗支架中.
5. 把一个重量为 45 牛顿(约
牛顿 4.5 公斤)的砝码放在耐汗支架顶部.旋紧侧面螺丝以使
砝码重量固定在材料上.固定好后,移开附加的砝码(参照图 图 1)
6. 將耐汗支架放入 50℃±2℃的烘箱中，持續 16 小時。
7. 達到要求的時間後，從烘箱中取出該包裝，冷卻至室溫。

测试鉴定
• 檢查對照紡織樣品有否變黃，如变黄则代表測試成功。
• 對照灰色卡，檢查其變黃程度。
• 如果合成材料的背面是 knitwear(网布)或者 woven（织布），那么就要检查正面和背
面是否变黄。
• 如果合成材料的背面是 non woven（不织布），那么只要检查正面是否变黄。
