**Rule 2: A Story From Angelina

PPPS: We just got a call from A.J. and he said he is really worried because he is already so busy with

But this is a good kind of busy and a good kind of tired.

And we really love our students-- who are so friendly and wonderful. We don't like the idea of limiting

So we're willing to do extra work (and sleep less) in order to help as many students as possible.

**Rule 3: A Story

Humberto is from Venezuela. He moved to Canada a few years ago. He studied English in Venezuela for
many years-- mostly grammar.

In fact, Humberto learned English with his eyes- by reading textbooks, by studying grammar books, by
remembering word lists.

He thought his English was good. But when he came to Canada he was surprised and shocked-- he couldn't
understand anyone!

He joined an English school in Canada. He went to school every day. What did they teach him? More
textbooks, more grammar books, more word lists!

After 12 months of school, Humberto was angry and frustrated. The school cost over $10,000 for one
year-- but he still could not speak English. He didn't know what to do.

PPPS: Well, we didn't sleep much last night :(

Over 850 people are joining this email course EVERY DAY, and we already have over 500,000 waiting
for our Learn Real English lessons.

We don't know what to do. Of course we are totally surprised and also very happy.

But we have been thinking about A.J.'s suggestion: that we should limit the number of Learn Real English
Lessons we sell each month-- in order to limit the speed of our growth.

We talked to A.J. last night and this is what he said, "If we continue to grow this fast, we will not be able
to properly serve our students. We will become too tired and too busy. To be truly great teachers, we must
also rest... so we can always do a great job."

...but A.J. may be right. He suggested that we limit sales to 3000-- so we can have a little rest.. and
guarantee great service to our new students.

We told him we will think about it, and talk to him again tomorrow.
