According to the drawing NO:WORKJN G DRA WTNGS FOR SUBSTRUCT URE OF BRIDGE BRI-04 AT
A0+859 .000 PAT 2(FOR P 14- P 16)(REV. 7) that the deflection o f the frame work must be less than I em during
construction, the maximum deformation value in the actual prclond ing process is 0.6cm (poi nt 7, inelastic
variablc)<lcm , which meet the design requirements: the maximum elastic variable is 3mm(point 6 is 3mm); the
maximum inelastic variable is 6mm (point 7 is 6mm). The pier head bottom form work adjusted according to the
inelastic variable. Now we submit the pre loading survey data of P 15 frame work at BRJ-04 for your approval,
please see the attachment.
