AFFIDAVIT OF AUTHORITY

We, LERMA C. ALBERCA and ELSA C. PARAISO, all of legal age, married, and
residents of P-3, Rizal, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, after having been sworn
to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the surviving heirs of JULITA CAGAMPANG whose name appears

in the ANECO account of her house in P-3, Rizal, Buenavista, Agusan
del Norte;

2. That we authorize our sister, LUZ C. DUMDUM, to perform all and any
transaction relating to the connection of electric line to our store situated
in P-3, Rizal, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, just beside our house in the
same premise and consequently to sign all papers and documents
relating to the foregoing;

3. Further, we vest our sister, LUZ C. DUMDUM, full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as we
might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of
substitution and revocation;

4. That we execute this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing

statement, to support our application for electric connection, and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
