Goal 5

Through year four, I would focus on how to use questions & answers for
formative assessment.
Objectives I chose this goal to:
- Allow students to be involved in the lesson.
- Evaluate students’ knowledge. (Popham, 2018).
- Check students understanding about the lesson.
- It is a way to develop critical thinking skills for students.
- Make them motivated and interesting towards the lesson.
- Clear my point.
- Increase students’ achievements.
- Define learning goal.
Implementation I will implement using questions and answers for formative assessment
Strategy through:
- Asking questions.
- Conduct quick quizzes.
- Use oral questioning.
- Discuss the answers together.
- Let students in turn ask questions and correct each other mistakes.
- Ask my MST and MST to observe me on my assessment strategies and
look for improvement.
- Use students work in the class and evaluate their improvement with my
MST collaboration.

Competency Area Assessment:

This goal is considered under assessment competency area because
through asking questions and involving students and motivate them
through the discussion I will be showing my assessment.
Resources - MST: I used my MST technique in questioning the students, because it
is very effective way to involve them in the lesson.

Evidence

Evaluation/Review Using questions and answers daily as a routine increase students’

Summary knowledge, because it makes motivated and involved in the lesson.
Moreover, asking questions help me evaluate students’ knowledge
because from their answers I can check their understanding.
