There is a memorandum which states that all Senior High School students are required to
undergo the Career Guidance Program. The said program has 8 Modules intended to be shared
to the Grade 11 and Grade 12 students with the sole purpose of guiding them in their decisions
as they finish their Senior High School years. In addition, the Senior High School teachers have
undergone a three-day seminar to guide them in implementing the modules to the students.

In connection with this, I would like to ask permission to cascade the modules to the Grade 11
and Grade 12 students of this institution on October 1 and October 2, from 8:00AM to 2:00PM.

Attached in this letter is the proposed timetable of the Career Guidance Program and the teacher-
facilitator of the specific modules to be implemented.
