during the last five years. Use a separate form for each data source. Examples for household survey data and
administrative data are attached.

Include information on data collection systems and sources that are not national in coverage but
provide information on out‐of‐school children for a specific geographic region of the country
(for example, a province or state) or for a specific sub‐population group.

If applicable, please provide questionnaires, codebooks and other documents that provide a
better understanding of the data.
