AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

That I, MILAGROSA P. SANTOS, Attorney-in-fact of Gerarda Padua,

of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of B28 L17 Champaca St. Timog Park
Subdivision, Angeles City, Pampanga, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That GERARDA PADUA, my mother, is the registered owner of a

parcel of land containing an area of 11,970 square meters situated at
the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Tarlac and embraced
under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-171383 of the Registry of
Deeds, Province of Tarlac.;

That the said parcel of land mentioned above is NOT TENANTED nor
leased to any person or entity;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth the foregoing for
whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.
