Copying the Project into Another Project Copying the Project Into Another Project Several projects within a particular engineering firm can share drawings. ‘Therefore, you can copy all the data associated with one project to @ new project name, then modify the new project to meet your needs. Once you have completed a project and aschived it, you may want 0 elete it entirely from the workstation. Select Delete from the Project Menu. Notice that inthe above graphic train displays in the J Project name field. To delete a project otner than the ‘one displayed in the field, you can either select fom the listing area or key in the desired project name. 2° Delete the projext al. Select old from the listing area, and den accept it for deletion by » selecting Confirm (1). ‘The system will dsplay one of ewo warnings ~ one ifthe project has ‘an attached database inthe project directors, and one ifit does not = before the system begins deleting the project and all associated files.
