In the interest of the service and in view of the increase in the national equivalent road length
of Pampanga 2nd District Engineering Office for a total of 102.493 kilometers subsequent to
the inclusion of the completed road widening projects along the portions of Angeles-Porac-
Floridablanca-Dinalupihan Road and Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA), pursuant to Item No.2
of D.O. No. 110, series of 2016, the Pampanga 2nd District Engineering Office, Region
III is hereby reclassified from 3rd to 2nd Class DEO.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
