Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

It�s a great pleasure for me to introduce our speaker tonight, who is going to talk
to us about customer service. This is a subject in which we should all be deeply
interested because our quality management system involves delivery of quality
service to the public.
Our speaker, is a professor at Business College of the Notre Dame of Dadiangas
University with a Masters in Business Administration.
