Standard version in sanitary design.
Aseptic version.
Variable capacity with frequency converter.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

Pump unit
Pump block from forged stainless steel AISI 316.
Suction and discharge valve units mushroom-type shaped in stellite.
Suction and discharge valve seats in stellite.
Valve springs in long lasting stainless steel.
N° 03 high resistant pumping pistons, chromium-plat ed stainless steel AISI 316, or request with carbide plating or in ceramics.
FDA conform gaskets and O-Rings.
Homogenizing Unit
Homogenizing head in long lasting stainless steel (SA) or in tungsten carbide (A).
Homogenizing unit equipped with automatic regulating unit to stabilize homogenizing pressure.
Manometer stainless steel AISI 316.
Motorization
V-belt used between motor and countershaft, and toothed-belt between countershaft and crankshaft.
Pump transmission in spheroidal cast iron, one piece.
Countershaft and crankshaft thermally treated steel.
Lubrication System
Forced oil lubrication system consisting of oil pump, filter and heat exchanger, monitored by a manostat.
Motor cooling with a high capacity fresh air ventilator.
Machine Design
Welded steel frame coated with an anti-rust primier and adjustable feet.
Removable machine cover stainless steel AISI 304.
Automatic cooling and lubrication system for pumping pistons.
Electrical plant
The standard electrical plant consists of:
a. Operator control panel (front).
b. System control (inside).
All necessary electrical components for operation and control of the machine.
Completely equipped and ready to connect.
Electrical components acc. To EU-Standard and customer requirements (voltage and frequency).
Components and motor of high quality suppliers.
Control unit for operator control panel 24VAC.
CIP-Cleaning/Hygiene Requirements
HPM homogenizers are CIP compatible up to 70 - 90°C.
Possible machine sterilization with saturated steam to 160°C.
Required main Energies
Electrical current.
Softened drinking water with a low hardness grade.
Compressed air 6 bar.
Cooling water drainage, pressureless.
Pruduct inlet pressure min. 2 bar, air-free.
