PVC Captain contains low molecular weight modified polymers.
which works as a nucleating agent and lubricating agent between
both polymer matrix, filler as well as scrap.

PVC Captain offers optimum interface/ fusibility among different

constituents in vinyl formulation.

PVC Captain does not contain any heavy metals, so it adheres to

various RoHS regulations.
How does PVC Captain work
PVC Captain lowers the viscosity of PVC scrap and increases the
flow. This improves the miscibility of PVC scrap from various sources.
It also improves wettability of the filler with polymer matrix.

PVC Captain works as an dispersion agent between polymer matrix

and filler as well as scrap. Better dispersion of mineral filler in the
polymer matrix resulting in better bonds with the polymer.
