Appendix “B”

PROJECT MANAGER

FINANCIAL PROPOSAL

1. Professional fees
For the services rendered the professional fees shall be at the rate of 14.0% of the Total
Construction Cost.

The breakdown shall include the fees of other Consultants as follows:


a. Project Manager 3.0%
b. Architect (incl. Planner) 4.5%
c. QS 2.5%
d. C&S Engineer 2.5%
e. M&E Engineer 2.5%

be negotiated at a later stage.

4. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS

1. Project Management Services (Item 1.a.)


The Project Management Services (Item 1.a.) fees shall be paid in equal amounts on a
monthly basis based on a development period of twenty four (24) months.

2. Other Professional Services (Item 1.b. – Item 1.f.)


The Schedule of Payment below shall be made for services other than the Project
Management Services. The professional fees shall be paid according to the following
stage of work :
