WORK BREAKDOWN STUCTURE

This section shows the Work Breakdown Structure of the chapters I, II and III which provides a common
framework for the development of the overall planning and control of the project. This WBS involves task numbers,
description and durations for the different tasks to be done. The task numbers indicate the total number and
sequence of tasks while the description signifies the order of actions that contributes significantly to the completion
of a work objective and the duration denotes the period of time the a task will take to perform.

GANTT CHART

This part shows the Gantt charts for chapters I, II and III of the project, a visual representation shown on a
bar chart that indicates the start and finish dates of the different tasks. These tasks are shown on the vertical axis,
and the project time span or duration is represented on the horizontal axis. Each task has a corresponding colored
bar that shows the duration required for each task. This bar chart is useful in planning for how long the project
should take. This also helps to sequence the events as we laid out in order the tasks to be completed.

PERT CHART

This section shows the Pert chart of the chapters I, II and III. This is a graph that represents all of the tasks
necessary to a project's completion and the order in which they must be completed, along with the corresponding
time requirements. The direction of the arrows indicates the sequence of tasks. The red arrow shows the critical
path while the blue arrow indicates the normal flow of the tasks for the project. Those tasks that must be completed
in sequence are called dependent. The tasks that can start at the same time are called concurrent task which
depends on a single prior task.
