WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

SO THAT THE PUBLIC MAY KNOW:

I, JEORGE L. VARGAS, JR, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Poblacion, Surallah, South
Cotabato, Philippines, under oath declare that:

1. I am the buyer of a parcel of land which is more particularly known as follows:

Lot No. 961-A-6-D, Psd-12-052047, situated

at Poblacion, Surallah, South Cotabato,
containing an area of TWO HUNDRED
THIRTY-ONE (231) square meters, more or
less and covered by TCT No. 145-
2025001934.”

2.For and in consideration of the sale of the parcel of land described above, I have made a downpayment
of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100,000.00)in cash to the HEIRS of the late
TOMAS B. MAGNO, JR, the owner and successor-in-interest in the above-mentioned real property
with the balance of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 70,000.00) to be paid and settled in full on
January 31, 2016;

4.The above-mentioned real property is a subject of an Extra Judicial Partition and Settlement of the
Intestate Estate of the Deceased Tomas B. Magno, Jr., with Deed of Absolute Sale entered into the
Notarial Books of ATTY. JOHNNY P. LANDERO as Doc. No. 400, Page No. 80, Book No. 26 and
Series of 2016;

6.To secure the balance as mentioned in paragraph two hereof, I have executed a Promissory Note in the
amount of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 70,000.00) dated January 10, 2015 in favor of the
HEIRS of the late TOMAS B. MAGNO, JR., supra, entered in the Notarial Books of ATTY. JOHNNY
P. LANDERO as Doc. No. 401, Page No. 81, Book No. 26 and Series of 2016;

8.I am no longer interested in pursuing the acquisition of the aforementioned parcel of land, including
any of the improvements made thereon, if any, and I hereby WAIVE AND TRANSFER all my rights
and interests in the aforementioned parcel of land in favor of the HEIRS of the late TOMAS B.
MAGNO, JR., supra;

10.Simultaneous with the execution of this Waiver of Rights and Interests is the return of the amount of
ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100,000.00) in cash of which I hereby acknowledge as
received by the undersigned;

12.I further waive any and all claim that I may have against the HEIRS of the late TOMAS B.
MAGNO, JR., supra and hold each of them free from any and all liabilities arising out of the Extra
Judicial Partition and Settlement of the Intestate Estate of the Deceased Tomas B. Magno, Jr., with
Deed of Absolute Sale and the Promissory Note, as well as by reason of this waiver and transfer.
