Task 3 Refection:
Sama America School provided three types of lesson plans which are a long, medium and
short-term plan that related to school curriculum. Through I discuss with my MST she claimed
that "using weekly plan help her to follow the outcomes and she uses it as an essential guide to
set the lesson and activities as well". In my point of view, I recognize that a weekly lesson plan
important to show a general overall about what children will take for a certain week. On another
point to consider, I can tell that planning is required to provide a safe environment. For instance,
when my MST (Ms Rama) handle the lesson plan she set the materials needed and make sour it’s
suitable for children age also, she decorates the classroom related to the team or the week unite
as an excellent evidence for that, my MST designed the door for community helper event which
demonstrates the community helper team. According to the Center for Child and Adolescent
Development and Education Research, they claimed that “The educational plan is formulated
with the intention of achieving specific aims throughout a child’s life at kindergarten” (Jadhav &
Patankar, 2013, p. 1). To precise, I can say confidently create a plan is necessary to develop
child-specific areas like "linguistic, physical, understanding the words, mathematical and so far,"
We can’t deny the fact, that using assessment strategy has significant benefits. According
to my discussing with my MST, she argues that assessment helps her as a teacher to provide
information on each child’s unique needs, strengths, and weakness. In addition, decide a solution
for child weakness. In other words, if the teacher knows Ahmed has weakness in form letter \Aa\
she will plan for activities that support writing letter \Aa\ or maybe she will teach him an
individual. I observed my MST send children how need extra assistance in supporting center at
the end of the classes to receive a help. As it explained in the journal I read, assessment “provide

evidence on their child’s progress Moreover, parents will also be assured you know and
understand their child”. ("Observing Children," n.d.). To put it in simple, evaluate children provided
