1 ACP CLADDING

Design, Supply and cost of fixing at Site, of the TRAY PANEL SCREW type system with Aluminium composite panel of
Approved colour on Exterior walls, ACP Soffits, coping, slab projectons at all heights and elevation including
necessary aluminium framework.The aluminimum composite panel should 4 mm thick consist of 3mm thick thermoplastic
core of anti toxidant LDPE sandwitched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy sheet making a total panel
thickness of 4mm. The external surface shall be finshed with PVDF based coating on the top side and service coating on the
reverse side shall be with a polymer paint.Coating shall conform to ECCA or AAMA .

The system shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 190 kg/Sqm with necessory Alu. sub frames, cleats and shall Sq M 735
be fixed to the masonry/RC walls with necessary clamps,Galvanized M.S brackets and anchor fasteners.All clamps and
brackets shall be Hot dip galvanized minimum 80 microns thick and shall conform to IS: 4759-1996. Any other acessories
such as fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc.other than anchor system shall be in Indian standard grade. all
joints of ACP must be sealed with approved sealent of approved colour. sealant make DOW CORNING 789 weather
sealant.Rate shall include to provide open cell polyethylene backer rods, weather sealant etc, all materials and labour
complete in all respects. The weather sealant shall be Dow Corning All safe acess for the works shall be provided by
contractor.

2 STRUCTURAL GLAZING (Semi unitized strl. system) with glass to glass open joint.

Design, supply and fixing semi unitizesStructural glazing system with IG unit (Insulated Glass unit) for vision panel and
single glass for spandrel panel of approved make having main frame of verticals and horizontals made out of specially
designed extruded aluminium sections to withstand wind pressure of 190 kg/sq.m confirming to IS-875 part III in line with
design drawing intent, fabricated, fixed at all levels, elevation and heights to the Masonry / RC walls with necessary clamps,
brackets and anchor fasteners. All clamps and brackets shall be Mild Steel Hot dip galvanized with washers designed to
accommodate three dimensional movement with minimum 80 microns thick and shall conform to IS: 4759-1996. The
extruded aluminium section shall be 15Microns Anodized in approved colour . Extruded section shall be of 6063 T5 or T6
alloy conforming to ASTM B 221. Any other fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc. shall be in Indian standard
grade. Nylon seperators to prevent bi-metallic contacts between two dissimilar materials.

All gaskets shall be E.P.D.M with all necessary flashings , floor seals, smoke seals,sealents etc. to make system fully
weather and sound proof & water tight. Proposed glazing should have concealed gutter and pressure equalization system
with multiple barrier gasket system to prevent water & air leakage. Glass should be bonded to frame by mean of Structurel
sealent of Dow corning make.All spacer tape should be Nortan or Equivalent. Rate shall include to EPDM gaskets, open cell
polyethylene backer rods, ( if required )Smoke seals, Floor seals etc. The Structural glazing sealant shall be Dow Corning
995.and weather sealant shall be Dow Corning 789 All str.sealants shall be black in colour.etc, complete all as directed.

DOUBLE GLAZED UNITS 1 - Insulated glass unit

Glass panel shall be a Insulated glass unit. Out board glass shall be 6mm thk SAPPHIRE BLUE Heat strengthened
glass +12mm Air Gap +6mm thk Clear Toughened . of Saint Gobain make. The reflective coating shall be on surface
#2.The insulated glass unit shall be hermetically sealed with the two lites of glass as mentioned above with 12 mm air space Sq.M 970
with Aluminium spacers, using primary sealant as Poly-Isobutylene and secondary sealant by Dow Corning .The Aluminium
D.G.U spacer profile shall be bend type with single joint.

3 MILD STEEL WORK

Undertaking the work for supplying , fabrication and erection of mild steel work. Material make jindal, using section details
as follows Mild steel Rectangular Box - 145mm x 82mm x 4.2mm thickness, Base Plate : TONS 22.8
200 x 200 x 12MM Thickness. Anchor Fastener Hilti Make. Painting:- 2 red oxide coat, 2(two) times epoxy coat.

4 G.I.SHEET:-
Undertaking the work for supplying , fabrication and erection of galvanized roofing sheet. Material thickness 0.3mm. Zinc
Coated Weight 60g/m2-120g/m2. ( support mild steel work not considered, bec already mild steel fabrication is there at SQ.M 108

5 Guest & Worker's Entrance Patch door- Double leaf with 2400x2200mm and Fixed glass on the sides

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position Patch fitted glass door made of 12 mm thick clear toughened glass with

Dorma or Ingersoll Rand door hardware. Glazing rigidly fixed at floor and ceiling using necessory Floor spring, pivot, locks
and patch fittings .All glass joints shall be sealed with non staining sealent of approved make. The scope of work including
necessary brakcets, S. steel door handles of 900mm etc, as per manufacture's detail & approved by Architect. The glass
panel edges shall be properly machine polished.
