Greetings! This questionnaire seeks your personal background information, ICT trainings attended, your
attitude towards ICT, the institutional ICT capabilities in LNU, and your self-rating towards your ICT
Competence. Most items may be answered by simply checking appropriate boxes. Please read the
statements carefully and provide honest answers to all the items. The results of this study will be used
to propose for Computer Enhancement Training Program which will benefit you afterwards. All
