KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT entered this _______day of _______2018 at ____________________

By and between:

IJC BUILDWORKS SOLUTION, a single duly organized and existing under and by the virtue
of the Republic of the Philippines with the principal address at Cawayan, New Wahington
Aklan, Philippines, herein represented by its President /CEO ROLAND JAY IMPERIAL of
legal age, Filipino with residence at Cawayan, New Washington, Aklan, Philippines,
hereinafter called to as the “IJC BUILDWORKS SOLUTION. “

MRS. BAINORIE MACUD , Filipino, Married and resident of HINAPLANON ILIGAN
CITY, LANAO DEL NORTE ,PHILIPPINES, herein represented of this Contract.
WITNESS

WHEREAS, MRS. BAINORIE MACUD invested ONE MILLION PESOS for

construction of PROPOSED 3 STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING LOCATED AT LUMBA
BAYABAO, LANAO DEL SUR , PHILIPPINES.

WHEREAS, CONTRACT has indicated that it has the capacity and the ability to
accomplish the works mentioned in the above Contract,

WHEREAS, CONTRACT had offered JC BUILDERS to accomplish the works

mentioned herein and JC BUILDERS, based on said CONTRACT’s representation, accepted

said offer.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the
covenants and stipulations set forth herein, the parties have agreed as they do hereby
agree as follows;

1. SCOPE OF WORKS

CONTRACT shall undertake the PROPOSED 3- STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

LOCATED AT LUMBA BAYABAO , LANAO DEL SUR to IJC BUILDWORKS SOLUTION and
shall not tract its obligation under this Agreement without the written authorization from
or approval of IJC BUILDWORS SOLUTION. All works shall be undertaken in accordance
with the approved Plan and Specs as Agreed. Technical specifications and drawings and
the generally accepted standards of the construction industry. Before final acceptance by
IJC BUILDWORKS SOLUTION the finished and completed works shall be free from excess

materials, debris, temporary structures and the like shall be turnover to IJC BUILDWORKS
SOLUTION.

2. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 Return of investment can withdraw after Project turn over.

 Php 1,000,000.00 is the (ROI return of investment) of the said Project.
 The investors also receive 3% (php 30,000.00) incentives per month from the construction
materials.
 The investors can withdraw all her/his investment 6 months before with prior written
notice or email.
 IJC Buildworks Solution has the right for all the works and Project implementation of the
said project.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereto signed this Agreement on the date and place

Know to me and to me known to be the same person who executed the foregoing instrument
and acknowledged to me that the same in their free and voluntary act and deed and that of the
corporation. This instrument which refers to a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT contains
Three ( 3 ) pages including the page on which this acknowledgment is written and signed by the
parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page hereof.
