IT Department Leader

Tasks:
Effective support for Hauni Hungaria's business goals with reliable, modern IT
solutions
Professional management of IT "Business Processes and Applications"
department
High quality IT project management
SAP Application Support for Hauni Hungaria
Support for other production optimization (PSIpenta), controlling (TM1), etc
applications
Ensure an individual / local software development
Providing IT user satisfaction
Professional responsibility for the operation of the IT “business processes
and applications” department
Management (and participation in) Strategic IT projects, according to defined
processes
Effective collaboration with the IT organizations of the Körber Group
Developing concepts for optimizing and improving our business processes
Consulting and education for IT users
Collaborate with our business software suppliers
Searching for external software developer capacities, managing relationships

Qualifications:
Completed higher education in Business informatics / economics or
equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
Project management experience
Good communication and conflict management skills
