Verify if all check lists and AQE Card were approved.
BATTERY
This check must be accomplished before the initial start of the machine with a general key off.
Measure the battery power unit with multimeter, playing with the red battery positive pole and the black wire touches
the battery negative.

Park the machine on level ground. Lower the bucket to the ground with the stick in
a vertical position. For a cold machine, maintain the hydraulic oil level in the low

temperature range (B). For a machine that is at normal operating temperature,
maintain the hydraulic oil level in the high temperature range (A).
Check tight track (Must have a small bending in the frontal side).

Measure the size of track shoe to validate the requested information in the MSO.
3-Track roller Check welds (porosity, finish, lap joint, cracks, etc) and Painting.

Verify fluid level. Machine should be in level, engine stopped and cold.
The level should be between the “LOW” and “FULL” mark.
Obs: The level should be between in the “LOW” and “FULL” mark, after test.
Verify leaks and loose components.
The mixture of coolant must comply with the OEM (1E1966B or 1E1966C) measured in ºC
(Analog refractometer) or Brix (Digital refractometer) as the tolerances below.
