BATTERY
This check must be accomplished before the initial start of the machine with a general key off.
Measure the battery power unit with multimeter, playing with the red battery positive pole and the black wire touches
the battery negative.

Check operation.

Check operation of the level fuel gauge.

7- Panel Check operation of the battery load tester.

Check operation of the level oil pressure gauge.

Check operation on the water temperature gauge.

8- Horn Push the knob and check operation.

9- Moving alarm Check position on and off.

10- Attachments Check operation of the actuator hydraulic system by foot pedals.

11- Levers Check operation, must be operating freely and to be correct position.

12- Seat Check its adjustments in several position, suspension and cleanness/ protection.

13- Seat Belt Check installation, preservation and shelf life.

14- Decals Make sure all decals are correctly installed (w/o bubbles).

Check the cleanness and installation of the filter.


Open windows and door - Test the speed in all the positions, to keep in maximum

Check items packed: antenna and “ lock ” of the fuel tank (1).

23- Flash Status Check flash status using the system PSPS. Software_______________.

24- Product link Check product link using the system PSPS.

Park the machine on level ground. Lower the bucket to the ground with the stick in
a vertical position. For a cold machine, maintain the hydraulic oil level in the low

temperature range (B). For a machine that is at normal operating temperature,
maintain the hydraulic oil level in the high temperature range (A).
Check tight track (Must have a small bending in the frontal side).

2- Track-Gp Check if the group/serial number written on the tag are according to the MSO.

Measure the size of track shoe to validate the requested information in the MSO.

3-Track roller Check welds (porosity, finish, lap joint, cracks, etc) and Painting.

4- Carrier roller Check alignment, enclosed plug, assembly and leakage.

5- Lower rollers Check alignment, enclosed plug, assembly and leakage.

6- Final drive Check leakage, loose components and abnormal noise .

7- Front idler Check alignment and welds (porosity, finish, lap joint, cracks, etc).

Check rust,interferences and loose components.

8- Internal compartment Check radiator (leak and painting).


Check fluid level battery and appropriate battery caps. Make sure cable
connections are tight.
Open and closed all doors, verifying easy operation and correct fit.
9-Door, lock and latch
Check operation all latches and all locks with keys.

10- Weld Check porosity, finish, lap joint, cracks and weld spatter.

Verify fluid level. Machine should be in level, engine stopped and cold.
The level should be between the “LOW” and “FULL” mark.
Obs: The level should be between in the “LOW” and “FULL” mark, after test.
Verify leaks and loose components.
The mixture of coolant must comply with the OEM (1E1966B or 1E1966C) measured in ºC
(Analog refractometer) or Brix (Digital refractometer) as the tolerances below.
