Position –IT Recruiter

Education - Any Graduate, B.E, B.TECH, IT (fresher) is preferable, MBA- HR with

Excellent Communication Skill.

Experience - 0- 6 months.

Skills –Mandatory:

• Aware of the current market scenario.

• Computer savvy.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Flexible regarding work timings.

• Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
Skills – Optional :

• Fresher’s are preferable. Experience: (from IT, Non-IT & ITES Recruitment
background) can also apply.

Responsibilities • Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle. • Detailed analysis of

the JD – to understand the client's requirement thoroughly. • Sourcing and
screening of valid profiles. • Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated
profiles. • Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following
up. • Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the
onboardings. • Taking ownership of handling walk-ins. • Maintaining own database.

Interview Time: 10.30am- 3pm (Monday – Friday). You can direct walk in to our
office in weak days.
