"遣用范围
WCB回转驱动装驾是一种新 型的回转类产品．
体、马达等部件构成。由于核心部件采用回转支承，因此可以同时承受轴向转载、
向转载、 以及倾翻力矩。 NFB回转驱动与传统的回转类产品相比， 具有安装简便、 易
于维护、 更大程度上节省安装空间等优点。该产品可以广泛使用于垂型平板运笱车、
寀装箱起至机、 随车起垂机、 面空作业车、 巡日太阳能发电系统等工程机城及新能
源领域。
主要部件特点
回转支承，可以同时承受较大的轴向、，径向负荷和倾覆力矩。 回转支承一般带有安
装孔、 内齿轮或外齿轮、 润滑油孔和密封装置因而能使主机设计结构紧凑争 引导简
便曹维护容易。
蝎轮蝎杆传动
蜗轮蜗杆传动用于两轴交叉成90度，但彼此既不平行又不相交的信况下． 通常在蜗
轮传动中，蜗杆是主动件． 而蜗轮是被动件。
蜗轮蜗杆传动有如下特点，
1 可以得到很大的传动比， 与斜齿轮相比，具有机构紧凑的特点
2两轮喳合齿面间为线接触，，其承载能力大大离于斜齿轮传动
3蜗杆传动相当于螺旋传动， 为多齿呛合传动， 故传动平稳、 嗓音很小
4具有自锁性。 当蜗杆的导程角小于咕合轮齿间的当圭总擦角时．机构具有自锁
性， 可实现反向自氯即只能由蜗杆带动蜗轮． 而不能由蜗轮带动蜗杆。 如在其茧机
抵中使用的自锁锅杆机构． 其反向自锁性可起安全保护作用。
