How To Make Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1. 2 cloves of Garlic
2. 2 onions cut into small pieces
3. 1 table spoon of vegetable oil
4. a plate of rice
5. some salt
Steps how to make it
1. First, pound garlic and 2 pinches of salt.
2. Second, heat vegetable oil on a frying pan.
3. Third, put the pounded garlic and salt, and onions into the hot vegetable oil.
Fry them a while.
4. Fourth, put one plate of rice. Fry and mix them around 3 menit.
5. Fifth, add two pinches of salt. Continue frying until the rice is hot enough.
6. Finally, put the fried rice on a plate. Serve with a sunny-side up.
HOW TO MAKE SOSIS SOLO

Ingredients

 8 eggs
 Coconut milk 150 ml of 1/2 coconuts
 Salt to taste
 Margarine 1 tablespoon
 250 grams of minced meat (you can use chicken or beef)
 2 eggs, beaten off
 Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Ground Spices:

 6 little Onion
 3 garlic
 1/2 tsp Coriander
 1/4 tsp Cumin
 2 Pecan, toasted
 1 teaspoon sugar
 Salt to taste

How to Make

 Skin: Beat 8 eggs and salt, pour coconut milk gradually while stirring until blended.
Heat a little margarine. Make thiny omelete.

 Saute Ground spices until fragrant.
 Mix the Meat, ground spices and 2 beaten of eggs. Stir well.
 Take a piece of omelet, put 2 tablespoons of meat dough. Roll resembles the shape of
the spring rolls.
 Steam until cooked.
 Serve with chili sauce.
Jus Alpukat - Avocado Shake

Ingredients

 2 ripe avocados (Indonesian: alpukat)


 4 tablespoon sweet condensed milk (Indonesian: susu kental manis)
 300 ml water
 Optional
 1/2 cup of black coffee (Indonesian: kopi hitam)
 chocolate sweet condensed milk (Indonesian: susu kental manis coklat) (*)

Instructions

1. In a blender, process avocado, sweet condensed milk, and water until smooth.
Pour into four serving glasses.
2. For coffee lovers, add 3 to 4 tablespoon of black coffee to your avocado juice and
stir. Drink immediately.
3. For chocolate lovers, add 1 tablespoon of chocolate sweet condensed milk to your
avocado juice and stir. Drink immediately.
