Improved throughput
The throughput is increased greatly thanks to optimized design of V-screw and newly
adopted pre-thickening function. Assuming the desired dryness of the dewatered cake is
set as same as existing model, the throughput has increased by approx. 50%

New functional design

A new design dedicated to usability is adopted.
Completely closed covers prevent water or sludge
from splashing.
Hinged covers have dramatically improved usability.

Simple operation has got even easier

A graphical new design of the touch panel provides
an easy operation which is intuitively understandable
even for those who have never used our machine.
Monitoring of the operation condition, checking error
logs, and setting of each function can be all done
simply on this touch panel.

Improved stability
A newly adopted control mechanism realizes a
more stable and continuous operation by
preventing overload of the machine.
Constantly monitoring the ampere of V-screw
motors, it controls the rotation speed of the
motor at an optimal rate to realize a more stable
dewatering.

※Throughput of Mixed Sludge (Primary Sludge and Waste Activated Sludge) is based on sludge containing 20% fiber (150 micron
mesh clearance) against Total Solids.
