PROJECT OBJECTIVE
STATEMENT OF INTENT
THE 335 NORTH WEST 28TH STREET PROJECT WILL BE AN 8 STORY NEW STRUCTURE. THE FRONT AND EAST FACADE WILL HAVE ARTISTICALLY DESIGNED PERFORATED METAL PANELS. THE WEST AND EAST FACADES WILL HAVE FUTURE ART MURALS AND
TREATMENTS THAT WILL INCORPORATE ROTATING ART AND ARTISTS. ARTISTS ARE CURRENTLY PRELIMINARY SELECTED AND WILL BE FINALLY SELECTED AT THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO PAINT THE MAJORITY OF THE EXTERNAL WALLS VISIBLE TO THE
PUBLIC. THE PRIMARY USE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE FOR MERCANTILE/F&B ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND LODGING FOR THE UPPER FLOORS.
THE OVERALL SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE PROJECT WILL BE 37,457 S.F. OVER 8 FLOORS. THE STRUCTURE IS CONSTRUCTED OF REINFORCED MASONRY WALLS, CAST-IN-PLACE WALLS AND CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE COLUMNS. THE FLOORS ARE POST-
TENSIONED CONCRETE. ALL MECHANICAL SYSTEMS WILL BE LOCATED ROOF TOP AND WILL BE SCREENED FROM PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR VIEWS. SIGNAGE WILL BE BY SEPARATE PERMIT.
