My name is Ramona Rosborough. I am a peace officer of the University of North Texas, Denton
County Texas.
I have good reason to believe and do believe that on or about the 29th day of March, 2017, one
Terry, Marlon Andre (Black/ Male) DOB /DL- SSN- , 211 Eureka
Dr. Gray, La. 70359 did then and there in Denton County, Texas, commit the offense of Prostitution, PC
43.02. My belief is based upon the following facts and information furnished to me, the Affiant, on April
21, 2017 by:

On Thursday, March 30, 2017, Affiant was informed of a sexual assault report that was submitted via the on-
line Clery reporting system. The on-line report was submitted by a UNT Resident Hall Assistant, who alleged a
sexual assault and promotion of prostitution offense occurred at an off-campus location. Later on this day, Sgt.
Rosborough received additional information indicating the male suspects are UNT students.

On Tuesday, April 4, 2017, the above mentioned Resident Assistant told Affiant he was with the victim when
she received a phone call from Johnson and Green. The Resident Assistant was able to hear the conversation
that took place because the call was placed on speaker phone. The victim (1 st victim) identified the males on the
phone call as Brian Johnson and Derail Green. During the call, Green and Johnson solicited the victim to
engage in sexual acts in exchange for money. Green and Johnson explained to the victim how the amount of
money that could be charged, as well as their ability to find professional clientele.

On Tuesday, April 25, 2017, Affiant interviewed Brian Johnson regarding the allegation. Johnson confirmed
he and Green had the above mentioned conversation with the victim. Johnson further admitted there were other
incidents in which he made arrangements for clients to engage in sexual acts in exchange for money. A review
of Johnson's cell phone records confirmed that Johnson arranged for a Terry Marlon to meet with a female (2 nd
victim), on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, to engage in sexual acts in exchange for money. Further investigation
of the incident, confirmed the second female victim, was solicited by Brian Johnson, to engage in sexual acts in
exchange for money. The second female victim was contacted by affiant, and confirmed Terry Marlon took her
to an off campus location in the City and County of Denton, State of Texas, where she performed sexual acts in
exchange for money. Affiant reviewed the cell phone records of the second victim, and found the records
corroborated the interaction among these three participants.

Based on the above mentioned information, Affiant determined that Brian Johnson, Derail Green, and Marlon
Terry, collectively participated in the Promotion of Prostitution, thereby committing the offense of Engaging in
Organized Crime. Therefore, Affiant request that warrants be issued for their arrest.

On Thursday, April 6, 2017, a search warrant was executed at the suspect's residence of20l Inman St. #1207.
During a search of the residence 3 light pink pills were located inside a chest of drawers with no bottle. The
pills are marked with AN 553, which are identified as Metaxalone and is only available by prescription. There
were 4 yellow pills from the same chest of drawers no bottle. The pills are marked with TL 177, which are
identified as Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride which is only available by prescription. The pills were located
inside of the room belonging to Derail Green, thus is was determined that Derail Green was in possession of
dangerous drugs.

Based on the above mentioned information, Affiant determined that Derail Green thereby committed the
offense of Possession of Dangerous Drug. Therefore, Affiant request that a warrant be issued for his arrest.

During a search of the residence, a bag of marijuana was found inside the common area of the apartment. The
apartment is shared by 4 tenants, who have their own room and bathroom and share a common living area, and
kitchen. One of the tenants was found to be out of town at the time of search, and a second tenant was
eliminated from the investigation. It was determined that Brice and Johnson, who share the common area,
where in possession of marijuana for their personal use.

Based on the above mentioned information, Affiant determined that Rickey Brice and Brian Johnson thereby
committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz. Therefore, Affiant request that warrants be
issued for their arrest.
