Reference is made to your communication requesting for an Impounding Area in the

province to be used as safekeeping for Colorum vehicles that will be apprehended by the
RFRO.

Please be informed that the most appropriate space that we could provide is the area for the
Sentrong Kabataan in Sta. Isabel, Calapan City. There is not enough space in Provincial
Capitol or its adjacent area as you have initially requested. However, the said area in Sta.
Isabel, Calapan City would be most suitable for the purpose.
