He also observed the supervising teacher following the school's discipline policy, entering details of incidents on the Sentral system and following up with detentions and referrals to the Head Teacher for further intervention. He also observed the supervising teacher following the assessment policy by issuing notifications for assessment tasks two weeks in advance, and the writing of an assessment tification for the Stage 6 Mathematics Standard course. The process of issuing N-award warnings was discussed in the staffroom among the Stage 6 teachers to maintain fairness among the three classes in Year 11. Mr Morgan communicated professionally with school staff from other KLA areas, as well as SASS, On several ‘occasions he had a LaST in the classroom supporting students while he was teaching. Mr Morgan showed a willingness to participate with school staff in a range of activities: a planned supervision of @ careers expo excursion (which unfortunately did not go happen due to the illness of the supervising teacher); supervision of students at an athletics carnival (unfortunately postponed due to inclement weather) ‘and observations of teachers in other KLA areas. He accompanied the supervising teacher to rll call each day as part of her role as a Year Advisor.
