UNDERTAKING AFFIDAVIT

I, M.Bhuvaneswaran, son of Muthuswamy, aged about 38 years and

I,I,

residing at No.61, Sengunthapuram 6 th Cross Street, Karur Town, Karur Taluk,

Karur District, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:

1. I am the deponent herein and I am residing in the above said

address.

. 2. I submit that my father had purchased an extent of 1980 Sq.ft.,

out of Ac.1.16 in S.F.No.470 of Lakshmi Naranaya Samuthiram Village, Karur

Taluk, by virtue of two registered Sale Deeds under document numbers 3156

& 3157 of 2010, West Karur Sub-Registrar Office, Karur) and he had been in

possession over the same. Later on, my father has settled the above property in

my favour by virtue of a registered Settlement Deed dated 21-01-2010

(Doc.No. 406/2010, West Karur Sub-Registrar Office, Karur). On and from the

settlement, I have been in possession and enjoyment over the above property.

At the time of execution of Settlement by my father, my name has been

mentioned as “M.B.Eswaran”. I have also been called as “M.Bhuvaneswaran”.

3. I further submit that in order to establish my names, I am

herewith producing the Aadhar Card and Pan Card standing the name of

“M.Bhuvaneswaran” and Driving License standing in the name of

“B.Eswaran M”. I am the one and the same person of the above names

“B.Eswaran M” and “M.Bhuvaneswaran” and I have affixed my signature in any

documentary proof as “ “
 4. I further submit that now
now I intend to avail loan from REPCO Home

Finance Limited, Karur Branch, in respect of my property. Hence, I hereby

undertake that in the event of the above particulars being proved to be false or

incorrect, the Bank can take any suitable legal action as against me.

5. I am executing this affidavit with my full consent and knowledge

and after knowing fully well about the contents in Tamil.
