Chaotic Road Infrastructure

I wonder if the absence of adequate infrastructural provisions is the E-mail this story

Kudos to your observation. I will only elaborate on one aspect which is roads.
Minimum with for Highways, A1, and parochial roads. Minimum standards for their
construction and a national retention wall project for our roads which will ensure the
development of a solid drainage system to remove water off our roads before it
develop the flow speed necessary to destroy the roads
