Subject: Declaration for exercising "Float (Yes-Upgradation)" – regarding.

Sir,
In continuation with the subject mentioned above, I do hereby declare that I would OPT for "Float (Yes-Upgradation)" whereby I declare that I will accept any choice given by me in
subsequent round(s) up till 3rd round, above the choice, as per my locked choice-list, for which I have been allotted seat in current round. I understand that exercising this option would
mean that I will remain bound by this declaration to accept the seat allotted to me through this up-gradation process in subsequent rounds i.e. up till 3rd round. I do also declare that in the
event of such up-gradation of my choice vis-a-vis seat allocation thereof, I will remain bound to deposit additional differential fees for provisional admission if the fees for the said
upgraded choice are more than what I am depositing now against my present allotment. Similarly, I understand if the provisional admission fees for the upgraded seat are lower than what I
am presently depositing; the Board will refund the differential amount in due course, as per provisions of the Board
 
Moreover, I do also understand that I may OPT OUT of this UPGRADATION process during reporting phase of 2nd round by appearing at the same Reporting Centre where I reported after
first allotment and once opting out, I will not be permitted to revert back to the process up till 3rd round, neither will I be permitted to opt for earlier allotment of seat. Therefore I will be
required to physically report to the finally allotted institute against such final allocation at the end of the 3rd round of e-Counselling~2017 process .
 
I do hereby furthermore declare that the option exercised by me hereinabove has been made without any duress and after understanding clearly the provisions of the e-Counselling~2017
process in operation.
