county Bihor, knowing the sanctions of art.292 Penal Code on the false declarations given before the
state authorities, hereby declare the following:
My husband, GRUNBAUM AUGUSTIN, born in 1951, who was entered as member of the
rental agreement no.105215 of 19.09.1991, left the country for good in the year 1989.
The hereby declaration shall serve me at the R.A. G.C.L. (Autonomous enterprise for property
management and leasing) real eastate management for buying the real estate situated in Oradea,
Str.Bumbacului no.36 bl.X42 ap.20.
Document drafted and authenticated by the State Notary Office of County Bihor on request of
the undersigned, of which I received one sample and typed at the Copy-Typing Office.
