· Analyze activation data on a monthly, weekly and daily basis for all sales
channels based on Communications and Information Technology Commission
CITC requirements on partners and users level.
· Supervise the collection of physical contracts from all points of sales and
partners to undergo validation.
· Supervise the scanning and verification of customer contracts through
sample checking or field visits to Partners to ensure compliance with CITC
requirements.
· Develop reports providing validation results to concerned stakeholders for
corrective action implementation (if required) and to CITC for decision-making
purposes.
· Develop Reports and presentation of contracts collection, scanned and
archived for Partners showing their monthly performance and percentage of
contracts collected.
· Report the detailed archived contracts from partners to commission.
· Supervise the Outsource vendor of archiving contracts with all the
purchase orders follow up, and payments approval according to the monthly
performance.
· Controlling and managing a team of five outsource person for weekly
validation calls of business to business sales channel.
· Coordinate with business to business department for weekly sales visit data
to be effectively organized for validation.
· Reporting results of validation to all stakeholders showing the fraud cases
and suggested applicable solution for better customer experience.
· Achieve and executes the sales target, monthly sales with high quality and
revenue.
· Execute Up selling & cross selling through existing customers.
· Presenting the product and services in a structured professional way face to
face.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and
guidance and recommending new opportunities and solutions.
· Researching and monitor the market and related products.
· Prepare the daily visits report, Monthly forecast.
