3. Aim & Objectives

I. To empower the human community for expansion of Innovation wings.

II. To promote the research and development in practical manner

III. To empower the center of excellence for interdisciplinary studied in practical manners.

IV. To promote ‘Make in India’ drive in divergent background for international importance

V. To establish and empower institutions for the promotion, propagation, and advancement of primary, secondary, senior secondary,
and higher education in all faculties of studies, established as well as emerging

VI. To establish institutions of higher learning in the fields including (but not limited to) business, management, economics, banking,
finance, insurance, engineering, medical, sciences, commerce, arts, etc. to impart formal as well as non-traditional education in
consonance with highest standards established worldwide.

VII. To establish institutions to promote and implement the traditional and non-traditional modes of learning and education.

VIII. To identify, define, invent, reinvent, structure and continue to evolve the matters relating to education and research and for this
purposes to conduct/support surveys, studies, analysis, experimentations and explorations.
 IX. To develop and frame and promote the schemes, programs, and initiatives for the spreading of education and to corporate and
coordinate and collaborate with various national and international organizations in the field of education or research in such
pursuit.

X. To conduct meetings, seminars, symposiums etc. at regional, national and international level, on the issues of national and
international importance in the field of education, research, development, health, literacy, economics, business, management and
all or any other matters.

XI. To publish papers, journals, magazines, books, news etc. on matter relating to all faculties of education and research and
development etc.

XII. To spread awareness amongst people about the importance of education and research and its impact on socio-economic
development.

XIII. Other objectives : the society shall in addition to the above objectives in the fields of education and research:

 Cooperate in, coordinate with, and aid, the efforts of various national, international and regional governmental and non-
governmental organization in the development of people, with it be social, economic and/or cultural

 Aid in implementing the schemes, program and initiatives run by other societies, governmental and non-governmental
organizational

 Contribute in the development of social, economic and legal orders for the benefits, welfare and development of each
and all, thus resulting in the advancement of humanity.

 Keep track of and make contribution to emerging social economic trends in the world, from the now prevalent era of
globalization and privatization to the trends that emerge in and ever changing world, and while doing so to lay special
emphasis on the place of under develop and poor countries, sections and individuals, and to highlight and champion their
cause.

 Spread awareness among people in respects of their legal and human rights, mainly through (but not limited to) the
medium of education.
  Work for eradication and alleviation for under privileged people.

 Promote gender equality and empower women.

 Promote equality of status and opportunity to the poor and deprived and to empower them.

 Improve primary health and sanitation

 Reduce child motility and improve maternal health.

 Insure environmental sustainability; promote water harvesting, conservation of biodegradable energy sources and
promotion of alternate energy resources.

 Increase crop productivity and horticulture produce, animal husbandry, firm forestry, etc. through extensive activity and
demonstration.

 Do all or any such activity which are in pursuance of and consonance with the above maintained objectives of the society,
and incidental to the general objectives of the society in the field of education, research and socio-economic development

 The society shall in furtherance of its objectives buy, on, hold, maintain, sell and let out properties both movable and
immovable, and shall invest and deposit its funds in bonds, fixed deposit other investment and saving instruments, and
manage its properties and funds in a manner that the society may deem fit and expedient

All the income, earning, moveable, immovable properties of the societies shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its
aim and objects only set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly
by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past member of the society or to any person claiming
through any or more of the present or past member.

No member of society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit,
whatsoever by virtue of his membership. The Society would be executing its work on No Profit – No Loss basis.
