LANS plantation company have been working to support the needs of the Australian
horticultural, agricultural, arable and marine based food industries for more than a
decade. In our company we have a scientists from australia and have joined a lot of
plant and food research to add value to fruit, vegetable and food products which our
understanding of plan variety rights and commercialisation compliments our science
and supports the sustainable production of high quality produce designed to stand
out in local and international marketplaces. The tools and technologies we deliver to
growers optimise production systems and enhance profitability supporting industry
export growth targets and market access concerns.

For the first time our company would like to share our knowledges, skills and
expertise to all people in needs, through our company program

“Learn to plant, learn to live”


PURPOSE
It has been about a decade since we first established the company and involved in
plant and food research. Now we have decided to share our expertise and
knowledge of our years-long research to local residents.

 In our programme we want to let young generation to involve in agricultural


activities and make it as their passion.
 We also want to encourage them in agricultural activities in local plantation
in order to increase their income in the future.
 Ensure that our people can live better in the future with shared knowledge
in expertise in planting and food.
 To encourage local economic growth.
BENEFIT
In our programme, both company and participants will be benefited:

 Applicants will be given certificate of skills recognized by plant and food


ministry.
 Applicants may plan or start their own business in farming,especially in local
area.
 Company’s product and service will be promoted through shared
knowledge, skills and expertise.
 Applicants can manage to support their family’s financial issue.
 Local farms will be exposed to external investors.
OBSTACLE
 Incondusive classroom for theory sessions.
 Young generations nowadays are not interested with agricultural activities.
 Difficulty in finding the applicants to join this programme.
