considering its high density district surrounding.

Description:
Eastwood City is not only promoting a highly
commercialized district, it is also promoting exclusive
residential zone. Green Meadows is an exclusive
subdivision, mostly who lives here are rich business
people.
Description:
Buildings here always considered the people, that’s
why they have large walkways and plazas. They always
corporate trees for the ambiance of the place since
mostly of the modernized district are lacking of natural
vegetation’s in surrounding.

Buildings here in Cubao considered the accessibility
of every user to the other Malls. That’s why most of
commercial Buildings or malls have a bridge
connecting to other near malls. They also have large
walkways and have a good landscape.

Buildings here considered how buildings are strong
and flexible. Buildings here can deliberately
providing as many future decision opportunities as
possible.

Cubao also have large walkways and plazas and Food
Park. They have a good landscape for the good flow
and circulation of the people who will visit in the said
place, having more trees for the good ambiance of
